2. Discovery

At this stage we focus on establishing your objectives and gaining an in-depth understanding about exactly what you are trying to communicate. We also research your intended audience to make sure that the video speaks to them. We discuss the creative brief with your key stakeholders, share some video concepts, and answer any questions you may have about the process going forward.

3. Planning

On average, we estimate live-action video to take 6 weeks to complete and deliver, but each project is unique, so our producer will work with you to work to your deadlines. We will put together a detailed schedule, which will outline when you can expect particular elements, such as the script, to be delivered, but also, when you will need to feedback on these, so that we can keep the process moving forward. 

4. Script

Every great video starts with a great script. We’ll bounce around dozens of ideas and develop a script that effectively communicates your message. Our talented scriptwriters are experts in boiling down large amounts of information, picking out the highlights, and producing a script that clearly, and effectively delivers what you are trying to communicate.

5. Cast & Crew

Every video is different. Some require dozens of actors and extras, and some clients come to us wanting their team to star in the video. We work with some of the best on-screen talent, and our directors are highly skilled in getting the best performance out of them. We put together a crew of professionals suited to your project, who are at the top of their game. 

6. Production

Now that we’ve got all the right ingredients together, we go out and shoot your video. Our cameras are rolling and capturing all the raw footage for your video. We start by sourcing the most stunning locations. Our art department dress it to suit your video and our cinematographers light it perfectly. 

7. Post-Production

This is where we put everything together. Our team of editors and sound designers work their magic to turn the footage we captured in the previous step into a video that really delivers your key objectives. This step includes video editing, sound design, music, special effects, and formatting the files to the required specs. 

8. Delivery

That’s it, your video is complete! We’ll send you your video in the desired format. As you commissioned the project, you own all the footage captures, so if required, we can also deliver any footage that didn’t make the final cut, so that you can repurpose it and use it for other projects.
