A journey based animation for a big client.

Planning it out


We spent a lot of time with the client developing this video into a concept that they were really happy to proceed with. We scripted a great voiceover for the video with our creative team and we began by discussing styles and options for animations! Once a style had been decided on we went ahead and had some sketches done to show the client how everything would look.

A long series of storyboarding sketches came next so that we could plan out exactly what would happen in each frame of the animation. It was a very detailed process and it not only planned the animation to perfection, it also resolved some issues along the way!

Tweaking and touching up



The Character for the video originally had a very large and pointed nose which the client was unsure about. Part of the benefit of storyboarding so thoroughly though is to give the client a chance to request any changes are made before we go ahead into the full process of animation!
